Marcus and class,
You have really done some good work here about culture. When has there been a time that you have been able to change culture, even in a small way? How did it go down and what was the result? Janice

Hi Marcus,
Thank you for your post! You discussed how the United States infrastructure is unable to keep up with today's society as it is densely populated and fast-paced. In addition to that, COVID-19 has delayed has drastically changed the infrastructure of the United States and has caused uncertainty and chaos. Cultural diffusion is an important topic of culture change mechanism as it helps adapt quickly to expected and unexpected change. In addition, it also creates greater opportunities for jobs and domestic and international relations. What advice would you have for organizations who are focusing on cultural diffusion so they can adjust and adapt to the current COVID-19 pandemic?
Thanks!
Mary
