Hi Marcus:
Interesting post!
Culture is the foundation of growth (Schein, 2016) explained that culture ultimately reflects the group’s effort to cope and learn; it is the residue of that learning process. Growth begins with a clear, first-line, customer-centric, cross-coordinated, and goal-driven culture. In short, the first step towards innovative products, customer advocates, and profitable growth is to instill a goal-oriented culture. This creates employee advocates, who in turn create "awesome" moments for customers, because the company creates these "awesome" moments for its employees in the first place.
