used. As bonds are debt investment through which an investor can loan money to an organization 
for a defined period of time at fixed interest rate. Thus bonds are used to raise money and finance 
various activities in a company or an organization. Here we need money to finance facility 
construction for sport or entertainment organization. Bonds are an efficient way to raise funding 
for an organization directly from investors instead of taking a loan from a bank.
