Assignment Requirements:

1) Identify three key strengths that Paul demonstrates. Explain how he demonstrates each
and why it is important for Paul as a manager to possess that strength.

stage to help improve Paul’s management skills.
5) With Paul Gibson resigning, how could this have been prevented? Provide three
recommendations for Jack and Peter to avoid losing supervisors in the future and explain
