Strengths
The biggest strength of the organization is their human resource- experienced and trained teachers and adequate staff members. The advanced physical infrastructure- classes, instruments to aid the system. The staff members are CPR and First Aid certified. Adequate teacher-to-child ratio. Presence of drop-in-care facility. Stem Childcare is licensed and adequately accredited (Stem Childcare, 2018).
Weaknesses
	Special focus on the Stem Childcare fields only, while knowledge of humanities and language is essential for all-round development (Stem Childcare, 2018). It has relatively poor brand awareness and visibility among the target population. It is relatively new to the locality and has uncertain flow of funds.
Opportunities
	It can have more children by expanding its physical infrastructure. It can tie-up with other established schools, with Stem Childcare tutors getting more skilled and equipped. It can tie-up with government programs to provide care even to family of low incomes.
