For the reflection, I choose two topics which are team communication and interpersonal skills related to the self-talk, emotional intelligence, and assertiveness. In my opinion, both chosen topic is very crucial for the growth and development of an individual on personal and professional front.

During the summer vacation, I took an internship at a local food restaurant where I found such good team work and coordination among the employees.
