Two factor theory
The two-factor theory is also known as Motivator hygiene theory which results on analysing the various job factors that are necessary to prevent dissatisfaction. The two factors are motivation factor and hygiene factors.
· Hygiene factors
Hygiene factors are of motivational values that are needed to be presented with more valuable essential which are considered in order to deal with entire system and it is also focusing upon certain criteria which are needed to be considered. In according to Baviket al. (2018), the motivational factors help in analysing the various factors such as achievements, recognition, growth possibilities, career advancements and responsibility level. The proper variations are needed to be considered because this help in dealing with various necessities because this help the employees of Woolworths to deal accordingly. The main purpose of hygiene factor is to provide proper salary structure with an appetite reason.
