Human resource management methods that promote staff engagement and productivity is a topicthat interests me becauseI want tohave a deeper understanding ontheimpactsof human resource management on staffproductivity and engagement. Furthermore, I would also like to investigate thecorrelationbetween human resource managementpracticesandworkforceengagementand productivity, withjobsatisfactionactingas a mediating factor.The workforcewill not be able to function well unless they have access to current human resource management information(Kwon & Kim, 2020).
Additionally, the primaryreason ofthisstudyis to explore theinfluenceof Human Resources Management strategies (including staffcommunications, workforce development and employee recognition) on workforceengagement and productivity. Employee engagement has risen to be among the most significant themesin the field of human resource management, which explains whythis study is purposeful(Saks, 2021).This research will also enable me toacquire a greater knowledge of the factors influencing workforceengagement in a firm.Given the scarcity of research that examines theinfluenceof effective human resource practices on employee engagement, this article examines how effective human resource practices can influence the level of employee engagement andproductivity. My biggest goal is to discover more ways the human resource department can be of assistance to it's employees and make the information readily available.
