We know the fact that most of the companies are involved in different disputes; sometimes
people are also involved in different problems. It is the duty of the managers or the people to
solve the dispute by using effective methods. According to the words of Peter (2016) Alternative
dispute resolution called as important tool that helps for settling the disputes and other related
issues in a productive way. Alternative dispute resolution helps the parties to resolve the issues
