Statistical Analysis  
The research issue of the relationship between employee motivation and job satisfaction 
is very critical for the business studies because it facilitates the business experts to influence the 
performances and productivity of the employees and retain them for a long term (Fuller, 2011). 
In all the research studies, statistical analysis is associated with the quantitative nature of the 
study.  The statistical analysis is a research is important to present a descriptive data and evaluate 
the defined extent of the relationship between two different variables (Flick, 2011).  
One of the main studies in the area of employee motivation and job satisfaction is given 
by Yoon & Choi (2015). In this study, the researchers have presented a critical analysis with the 
assistance of statistical process. The statistical process available in this study determines the 
effectiveness of major variables which are intrinsic and extrinsic rewards and its influences of 
another variable, which is perception of employees. It is beneficial to get immediate feedback or 
evaluation which is objective and cannot vary as per the situational changes.
