In this fast-paced competitive world, change is only constant in life in order to grow in life. Change management is an eight-step process which ensure the successful ideation and implementation of the process (Francis, S., 2010). Indeed, building a coalition to assist with change is a crucial step in the entire journey of bringing change and enabling people to adapt with it. Essentially, coalition talks about forming strong alliance with primary stakeholders, key decision makers as well as the influencer who are essential for the overall success of the change to be driven in the organisation. It is a very cohesive and closed group community crucial to manage that change through its conclusion (Allen, J., Jimmieson, N. L., Bordia, P., and Irmer, B. E., 2007).
Definitely, effective and timely communication has a pivotal role to play in change initiatives that I plan to take in the team or any organisation going forward.
