I bought the sample mobile phone on which the following terms and conditions were 
mentioned clearly: 
The entire clause of terms and conditions was divided into five sections; the first section 
included user manual about purchasing method and activation of the sample mobile and Sim 
along with details of services that would be given to the client.  
The second phase had the conditions of termination i.e. the termination of the agreement 
was liable to the parties, the buyer and the seller at any time. For example, the company had the 
authority to terminate the services at any time without notifying the user. Thus, no strict personal 
liability in terms of legal formalities could be laid on the company himself. Secondly, as for the 
client, the termination of the services is subjected to the sole decision of the client himself and he 
will have to abide by the current terms and conditions of the company, if he prefers to resume the 
services again at any time in future.
