Facts:
Jane is a huge fan of the performing artist “Avicii” so she plans her next birthday party with
“Avicii” theme. Jane contacts “Brew U” for the beer and got the delivery 2 weeks before her
irthday in return of $250. Jane contacts Dan for the old renovated barn in the Adelaide hills
which she chooses as the venue for her party. The rent price is $2000 but Dan asked Jane to
deposit $6000 as security for the damages by that day. But due to the shortage of funds Jane
eplied that she will pay the deposit within a week. In a meanwhile Jane contacts Disco John her
other for the entertainment for her party and agrees to pay $1000. Jane pledged her necklace
and got $6000 which she has to pay back within two weeks along with $250 fee. Jane
approached Dan before the end of one week but Dan informed that he has already rented that
property to someone else. After hearing this Jane contact Disco John to inform that she no longer
wanted his service. Disco in return replied that due to the Jane’s party he has not responded to
one of the offer he got. Jane’s boyfriend gave her a surprise on birthday by organizing birthday
party for her in which the friends of Jane consumed the beer which Brew U gave them and got
hospitalized.
