Recently, the company’s policies with regard to pay structure were changed. Earlier the 
pay for sales people was fixed monthly but now monthly targets are given. A certain sum of 
money is fixed as base wage; however on achievement of sales greater than the targets, 
additional amount is paid. The targets are same for every employee assuming every employee 
has the same efficiency level and can achieve the minimum targets.
