Abstract
Discussion of this report is based on the incident that happened within the organisational structure of the Acme Anti-Roadrunner Inc due to the lack of maintenance of HR law within the performances of the operational management team of the company. Through the overview of the report, it is recognised that the team members of the operational management team faced major issues and risk factors at the theme of performing their organisational jobs due to the lack of proper maintenance of the HR laws by their team leaders. These process analyses that, the lack of introduction of the HR laws offers hindrance in front of the associated members of that team and that resulted in the failure of the destined operation of that team. This scenario also presented that the leader of that team accused all the team members of that team for the failure of their performances, but in reality, the fact is completely different. Clear analysis of the fact shows that the leader of that team was not implementing all the HR laws in his performances and that offers issues to the employees in their completion of organisational jobs towards the achievement of the destined success graph of the company. Moreover, this project also defined that the maintenance of the factories act, 1948 can help the HR department of this company to mitigate all the issues that their employees are facing within their performances. Not only that, but the maintenance of different strategies based on effective planning can also be recommended for the successful application of this law within the performances of team operation in the Acme Anti-Roadrunner Inc.

Through the overview of the situation, which happened within the context of the Acme Aunty-Roadrunner, Inc it, is noticed that Peter, the team leaders of the operation management team of this company was not offered a detailed view of the overall workforces to the other members of the team. The lack of presentation of detailed analysis of the overall operations of the company served issues in front of the other members of the team, and for this, they failed to fulfill that job with the successful contexts. Not only that, the associated members of that team were also failed to finish their jobs within time as their team leader, but Peter also did not distribute the organisational works among all the team members with the equal format (Dhir, Dutta & Ghosh, 2020).
