    I have to know about the professional development program that would be conducted by the organization. I am very interested to participate in it, in order to enhance my knowledge, as I am someone who loves to inherit new skills and knowledge. In my academic program, I gained knowledge on several aspects on leadership, management, teamwork and coordination. During my projects in the academic program, I discovered how teamwork is cogent and why it is considered a prominent factor in the success of a project. I also learned to solve complex problems by doing researches and ideations. These experiences influenced both my personal and professional interests as I enhanced my skills on a personal level, which now reflects, in my professional ca

    As every other working person, I also experience several challenges in my work life but I am always determined to overcome these challenges and use them as a factor to learn and develop new skills. As a learner, I used several approaches to address the challenges whether it is seeking advice from senior colleagues, self-management skills, and communication skills or instigating research skills. These approaches possess a huge value in other aspects of my life as well as it helps me to flourish both as a person and as a professional. As per the knowledge gained in the business administration course I was very interested towards being a prominent leader who knows how to manage the team as well as the organization effectively. The key topics like the leadership, management and the ethical concerns enhanced my personal skills regarding how to compose things and how to behave in a particular environment, which initially influenced my professional growth as well. Another topic that enhanced my personal and professional growth is the communication, which is an essential aspect in all the phase of the life of a person.
    Considering the feedbacks I get, they make a huge impact in rectifying my mistakes so also it helps me as an individual in the development of a new skill of attentive listening. In any of the decisions related to my life when I get a feedback it makes me realise my mistakes and I am always subjected to a new direction and in order to control the situation, I change my approach towards it. As a learner, feedback is of utmost importance to me as I always take the positive and constructive feedbacks to boost my morale, while, I make use of the negative feedbacks to rectify my mistakes. They help in heading me towards a new direction, simultaneously, I also change my approach towards whatever the case may be, learning a new skill comes interesting to me.
