Introduction
Australia is classified by unique workplaces and an employment contract, which exhibits a complex legal relationship. After the fair work act was introduced in 2009, a regulation regarding the relationship of employment was strengthened in that concepts such as that of good faith, union default bargaining, and good faith bargaining were enacted in the workplaces. The 2009 work place act is applicable to industrial workplace in the United States. From the factors listed above, it is evident that the employees within the Australian workplace are offered the best working environments thus; the state should not stay out of the Australian Employment Relations. The state is composed of different agencies, which influence the existing employment relations. Thus, the state is known to be difficult. The purpose of this paper is to oppose the fact that the state should stay out of the employment relationship in Australia.

In Australia, the state should not stay out of the Employment Relationship because of the benefits, which come along with the states involved in employment related issues. Australia has the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland (IRSQ), which is regarded as a professional association brought forth by the state in the country. IRSQ was developed with an aim of providing members with a networking opportunity. In addition, the state facilitated the development of the IRSQ with an aim of advancing and developing the skills of the industrial practitioners. Having membership to the IRSQ comes along with various benefits. For instance, the society will always be updated with any information related to industrial development. The information is normally provided at both local and at international levels.
