Leadership background
By Asma ALRubaii
Oprah Winfrey is my favorite leader because she’s a superior leader. She passed through many difficult times throughout her life and came out positively. As other leaders have done today. She was also an exciting life. That's why I choose it up for a 20th century commander. Oprah is clearly a superior leader because she has gone through difficult times and has never given up. She was abuse from her relatives sexually, but Oprah still didn’t give up and to me that’s what I think makes her a great leader. Instead she moved and was excelled in school even she had a tragic life. She made scholarships and great grades to the Tennessee University. She is a very intelligent person with a caring heart. Any leader should be Clever. Oprah is a caring person, but she can keep her leadership qualities even whereas she cares. Also, during sexually abused she turned her negative energy to the positive energy by excelling in school. Oprah, she achieved a lot of goals in her life all of her achievement has influence to the people. She lost a lot of weight around 90 pounds when started first time her TV program. Also, she has had a lot of respect from many people from all of the great things she has done. She became a charisma person by her TV show and she gets a lot of followers. She helped many of people and she change their life from that she shows the people how the good behavior can make all the people respect each other and help each other can make other happy.
