The entrepreneurs lead organizations to their goals, make the business growth consistent and make sure to manage the workforce in the best manner that generates consistent yet efficient performance for the organization. As mentioned by Brzozowski, Cucculelli and Surdej (2018), there are traits that make a great and successful entrepreneur, some of which are naturally ingrained in a person and some develop over time from experience and a mix of practical-theoretical knowledge. However, finding the importance of one over other in a comparative degree is critical and a matter of debate. Firstly, in favor of born entrepreneur concept, Bolzani and Boari (2018) affirmed that if one of the identical twins has a tendency of showing the characteristics of entrepreneurship the other would also have the same type of qualities or characteristics traits. The instance of the identical twins hints at the born entrepreneurship theory and suggest that entrepreneurs are born with leadership qualities and skills that are engraved in their DNA. As suggested by Banalieva, Puffer, McCarthy and Vaiman (2018), entrepreneurs tend to have the most unique business models in the market and successful entrepreneurs see the market from perspectives an ordinary person cannot perceive.
