Development level and style demonstrated in the situation
Situational leadership is an adaptive leadership style. This policy encourages leaders to count the weight of many variables in the team, evaluate team members, and choose the style that best style them according to their goals and circumstances (Peters, 2017).
Reflecting on the contemporary leadership situation, I believe that individuals may have different skill sets and concepts for followers, but those who effectively communicate these beliefs and make followers into team work are “leaders”. The customers of our project are dissatisfied with the project report we need to delay delivery, and he also reflected this in the group meeting. Despite their struggle for this project, the team felt very low about the customer's behavior. I immediately delivered a speech at this conference in the same conference room stating that 'let us win the place we feel lost.'
