In case of organisational learning and development, various modules and assessment help to develop the personal perceptive. While attending a workshop, the students will be able to share their experience on the best practices of the module. Group presentation, individual learning and development report are other key points that help to develop the knowledge and experience of a student in an organisation.

ian et al. (2015), lectures stimulate the students so that they can be active learners. To be an active learner, I need to understand the points of the lecture clearly and also need to involve myself in the class. The effective lecture provided with me the knowledge about the module. To become the part of the lecture, I set up my own objectives so that the lectures can be easily understood. While attending the lectures, I started to take short notes and also wrote down the important points of the lectures. This short notes and key points helped me to develop my personal skills in case of organisational learning and development. As mentioned by Bates and Kaye (2014), taking notes while attending a lecture is a good habit. I attended the lectures with full concentration so that I can understand the module. However, I have faced some difficulties while understanding some of the points of the lectures; I took help from the lecturers, who helped me in this case. I revised the notes; I took from the notes for self-development. I tried to motivate myself so that I learn and develop my skills from those lectures, which will help me further.
In view of de Grave et al. (2014), the workshop is the best practice that can help the students to develop their skills. From the workshop, I got the opportunity to understand the module practically. It is the only way, by which I can gain more knowledge and experience. I became able to understand the issues and also can solve those issues.
