DoorDash’s positive outcomes refer to fewer customer complaints, timely responses to customer queries, timely delivery, and others. Employees from the Hispanic community is considered key stakeholder for this post. Being an employee of the company, me and my teammates will try to ensure as much diversity as possible. As per Rama et al. (2020), the concept of familism is quite common among the Hispanic community. In other words, the Hispanic community stays with their extended family rather than maintaining a nuclear family.
