Imagine that you are the Vice President of Global Learning for a large organization that is expanding its multinational operations. The projected plan indicates that your workforce will increase by 20% in the next five years.

Currently, there is no uniform performance management system within the organization. Managers within different channels of the company create their own “rules” when it comes to leadership development and performance feedback. This is true at the multinational level, as well.

In a 10-12-page proposal to the CEO (excluding title page and References section), suggest effective global performance management system strategy that incorporates the following components:

  1. Employee engagement assessment- Measuring the degree to which employees are involved and satisfied with management and with the work environment
  2. Leadership development- Plans to enhance leadership skill set
  3. Succession planning- Plans to create internal promotional opportunities for future high-level positions, and
  4. Performance feedback model- Way to best provide feedback and direction on employee performance so as to impact future performance.
  5. Compensation model- How will employees be rewarded for expected behavior and/or performance improvement?

Also, detail how you will account for generational and cross-cultural differences when implementing the system. Include ways that your strategy will support organizational development and organizational effectiveness. Further, explain how you will measure the success of the overall system. Use at least 10 peer-reviewed articles to support your suggestions.

    In this assignment, an importance has been made on the effective global management system strategy which stands crucial for the organizations. The CEOs of the companies have recently given stress on this factor in a wide way. The global strategies are the ones which the organization does when it wants to accomplish, compete and expand in the markets of the global. This strategy businesses pursue when they wish to expand and internationally.
In fact, a global strategy has been refe
ing to the plans which an organization has developed to describe the target growth of the company beyond its borders. In this assignment, five sections have been maintained, which will supposedly show the ways of the employee engagement plans. This will equally show the leadership development and the various ways of succession planning. It will equally follow the performance feedback model and the models of the compensations. This is the main part of the study.
1. Employee Engagement Assessment
    In the organization for the proper success of the business, the most important part is to take care of the employees in a greater way. Employees are mainly involved with the organization for the designation of the post or the responsibilities which they have been performing. They even handle the business projects and the effective team works which are the part of the management. The ways by which the employees are being satisfied are due to respect.
The supervisor or the management must treat the employees with due respect. The respect has been equally shown in when the managers or the supervisors are lending training for the employees. This can make them more engrossed for the purpose of work for which they have been allocated. The employees are satisfied if they are getting regular recognition. These kinds of detailed recognition can make the employees motivated to the business work to which they have been sanctioned to. Empowering the employees so the next step (Agarwall, Das & Swain, 2019).
The education and the experience of the employees has been needed for the division or the empowering of the employees. This has been the source of the improvement. And for the employee protection, the management should help in providing protection from the arousal of the conflicts among the employees and the destruction of the organizational culture. With these factors in the front, the employees will likely stick together in the organization for a long time. This factor is being crucial for thee organization for meeting future needs

These are the ways by which an employee or the group of employees can strive to associate with the work environment.
    In the next part, if the organization has been facing some crisis and the employees are not getting the remuneration on time, then the employees should have the proper understanding for the arousal of the situations. The employees must strive before and make the communication constant with the managers and strive to know the causes for the failure and make amends for it. The management should look into the matters of providing opportunities for the employees that they can properly cooperate with. Therefore, the employee should make well use of the opportunities in order to make the organization run into successes. These are the numerous ways by which the employees should make them involved and get satisfied with the work environment.
2. Leadership Development
    In each and every aspect of the global strategic management, leadership is the most important factor for the fruitful regulation of the work. This leadership has various ways of developing the skill set. First is the practice of discipline. Each and every employee starting from the management to the mere one, should practice the aspect of the discipline measures. The same discipline has to be made in the project starting from the organization of the documents and the materials to the projection of the goals of the business (Goldenhar, Schwatka & Johnson, 2019). Even the extraction of the methods for producing the effective product has equally been met with discipline. This can enhance the skill of the leadership in greatest measures as far as possible.
