Reru Limited Financial forecast:
Reru company deals with the freezing bags and it is assumed that the company has three major clients which are ABC meat processing, Sazz meat processing and Will meat processing.
Sales forecast – Domestic:
The sales of the company for the first year is expected to grow by 10% i.e. every month the sales of the company will increase by 10%. The sales for the next year will grow by 20% and then again 10% evert month. This sale pattern is followed by all the customers of the company.
Sales forecast – Foreign cu
ency:
For the foreign cu
ency, As 1 Real = 0.35 Canadian dollar, so all the sales of the company will be converted to Canadian dollar by dividing the sales to0.35
Sales forecast – Units:
We have assumed that the cost of per unit will be 20 REAL, so all the sales of the company will calculated as per REAL 20 per unit. The unit price will be constant over the years.
