Introduction
     According to the theory of conflict it is observed that social order is being preserved through power and domination instead through harmony and conformity. It is the wealth and the powerful who tries to hold the supremacy by any means and by suppressing the poor and the powerless people of the society. This theory was originated with Karl Marx. This refers to political and economic events due to ongoing struggle over few resources. In workplaces the conflicts arise between the owners of capitals who are called the bourgeoise and the working class called the proletariat (Hayes, 2022). In this paper I will try to discuss on a type of theoretical conflict which arises in workplace and various ways to manage the conflicts effectively. Also, we will also discuss on the types of consequences which we can anticipate during the conflict.
Analysis
     I will focus on work-style conflict in this discussion. The employees often qua
el when they do not share any forms of similarities on the way they work. There are various approaches used for doing things and this leads to conflicts among the staffs in the workplace. In a workplace there are many employees who are reserved and works according to their own speed, skills and knowledge. There are other people who likes to work in groups, provides their own opinions and also collaborates with their teammates. Further, some waits till the deadline for completing their tasks while other submits their tasks before the deadline or too early. This is also called interpersonal conflicts and is considered to be a difficult challenge for organizational member (Phillips and Cheston, 1979) and delivers an uncomfortable experience for the senior management as well (Earnest and McCaslin, 1994).
    While working in a workplace, the employees may be allocated tasks for which they might ask questions such as the deadline or the specific tasks which needs to be done to the seniors. It is these questions with respect to the employees and managers style of working due to which the conflicts arise in the workplace. Hence, conflicts arise in workplace when the employees or subordinates do not adhere with the direction of the manager or superiors and are unable to work collaboratively despite of the variances.
