Diabetes has been a critical disease spread across the world for quite a while now. It is considered as a pandemic as such. Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes has affected children, adults and old for decades. The speaker tells us about the complications that arises from diabetes and how we should take care of ourselves by exercising and doing some minor workouts regularly. He himself got diabetes due to insulin resistance and hence gained weight which is sort of metabolic resistance in the body.
