I have observed that the hiring managers in any company when asking for the reason behind changing the last job, they are looking for rights reasons. For instance, reason such as more challenges, better opportunities and career growth increase the skills level. As mentioned by Njoku (2018), the HR ensures during the interview process that the candidate has not switched the job because of difficult work relationships in his previous company and poor performances. I have been in my current organization for last two years and I have continued working in this company because I have felt I have learnt and developed in my work, which has helped me in building my career. 
Further, there are other aspects, which have also contributed to helping me to continue working here. Firstly, I agree with John, keeping the employees engaged is an important aspect.
