ent organization structure of this particular company is a Hierarchical Structure and it is based on the hierarchical model as it is one of the most popular types. Furthermore, in this particular structure workers are grouped with every employee having one clear supervisor. The grouping is mainly based on some of the factors therefore the model is derived from the following factors like:
Geography- workers are grouped based on their religion. For instance, in U.S. workers are grouped as per the state.
Function- workers in this segment are mainly grouped as per the function that they provide. The below-mentioned organization chart of this company shows that the employees are grouped as per their designation.
Product- If a firm is producing a lot of products or offering various services then it can be directly grouped as per the service or product. It is regarded as one of the most dominant mode of a company.
