Yanaprasart (2016) has presented a very wide analysis of the languages used at the professional level in multinational companies. This study is based on the concept that due to increasing overseas development of Multinational Corporations (MNCs), international staff is being hired by them and as a result, language becomes a ba

It was a mix methodological approach, in which data was collected from variable sources such as bank, restaurants, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications and the data collected was in oral and written form.
Moreover, there was a three step analysis procedure and it was found that language was not observed as a ba

Finally they concluded that the concept of one language fits all is not for the MNCs instead multilingual model is required in a multilingual inclusiveness culture that strengthens and empowers the plurilingual speaker in the MNCs, which further helps to identify and explore innovative opportunities and helps to build a competitive advantage for companies.
