· The previous crash of Lion Air Flight 610 and Boeing 737 max crash has presented similarities in the pattern of these accidents. 
This is because during both the cases, pilots reported to the airline control tower regarding the ‘loss of flight control’ after 8-10 minutes of takeoff. According to Fernholz and Fernholz, this occurred because today’s modern aircrafts have normal automation that is it controls the flight on its own even after the pilot has given appropriate instructions. Due to this, aircraft’s system overrides pilot’s decision.
· Flight control graphs from both crashes suggests that aircrafts were going down due to some software issues.
