Public Policy Level Interventions are the interventions which are designed in such a way that individuals are benefitted from this and it is in regard to one’s health. The main advantage when we talk of public policy intervention is that illness is prevented, risk caused in the illness is prevented and racial disparities in health are reduced. People who are at a risk of a particular disease are motivated to treat that disease first through this intervention. These interventions include programs for diabetics to exercise or smokers to quit etc. There are huge lifestyle and medical changes focused upon. 
We can talk of such intervention called Multiple Risk Factor Intervention Trial in 1970’s. “MRFIT enrolled more than 12,000 men at high risk for heart disease in a program to lower their blood pressure and cholesterol and to stop smoking.
