This is an individual written assignment comprised of a 1000 word report that demonstrates an understanding of the impact of different leadership styles through a comparative analysis of two prominent leaders.

You will need to undertake research, using academic journals and articles in the public domain, on Larry Page (Google) and Indra Nooyi (PepsiCo). Both feature prominently as successful leaders and much has been written about their routes to success and how they work with their teams.

You are expected to read widely, evaluate your sources and come to your own supporting conclusion that discusses the leadership comparisons and differences between these two entrepreneurs (using a variety of leadership theories) and how their styles may have impacted upon innovation within their own businesses.
