This is a realistic project. You will need to assess a actual CVS drugstore.
Part #1: Conduct an assessment of a CVS drug store by completing the fillable sections of the checklist with the applicable scoring areas using the attached checklist document. (Note only the areas that are under "JS" needs to be completed).
Part #2: Using the attached "Assignment Series 2" file, write a paper (at least 500 words) that summarizes the assessment. Please see below detail:
Introduction
. Describe the selected building type and determine specific goals you have for the assessment (What are you trying to find out?). Briefly explain the assessment tools and items used to create the custom assessment.
Present Assessment Goals and Findings

write at least one paragraph describing the building they assessed and the major findings (problem areas) for that building. Use photographs to document positive and negative observations.
Conclusions
. Summarize the findings, including a comparison of the positive and negative observations for the different buildings. Give some closing thoughts on this experience.
