Describe the process you and your project team would follow for closing the project.

Being a project manager gives me the overview of the project and the deliverables. The work that a project manager does is to guide the team in understanding of the project and to make the team work in unison. There may be many complications in a project and to solve those problems is the work of the project manager. The project manager has to look at the broader view and get the team to work together.( Heagney, J. (2016). )
Closing the project:
In the project that I used to work, there are development teams and the testing teams which work together. The project was an agile project in which each and every bit of code that is developed and unit tested is also tested by the testers to understand and be sure that the unit of code that has been made is working correctly and the code would not cause any harm to the already developed product. The development of the code is then finished and then added to the previously existing code. The entire project deliverables is done in this way to ensure that the correct implementation of the code is done. This helps the business and the client to understand that the work is done. When closing the project, multiple things have to be taken care of. The one thing that has to be majorly seen is the completeness of the deliverables that the client requires in the project. If the client is satisfied that all the deliverables of the project are complete, then the client gives the signoff else not. If we do not get the signoff. The team has to do the work in an efficient and a timely manner. Taking care that the team does the work as the requirement is the work of the project manager.( Heagney, J. (2016). )
