Importance of communication management in project
Communication has become an inevitable part of Business and daily activities of human life. Communication management is important process in project management and entails exchange of information from Project initiation to project completion. As mentioned by Binder (2016), efficiency of project is entirely dependent on well organised communication management.
Communication plans is effectively organised by the project managers who stratify communication planning, organisation and project team into components of a project team. The communication forms the interlinking chain that links-
· External stakeholders  
· Documentation of project plan
· Internal stakeholders and
· Project plan 
Communication management helps in establishing exchange of information among team members in the project initiation phases that helps in proper understanding of roles and responsibilities. There are however some definite must that is required for an efficient communication to take place in case of an efficient project management.
