Commercial planning is a strategic planning and management associated with the projects. It involves deciding the objectives of project, analyzing the environment of business to implement the project, channel management, sales, retail and marketing plans (Vitez, 2017).
Any structures or facilities developed for the commercial and business purpose are known as Commercial Projects. For example restaurants, retail malls, office buildings etc (Hoffman, 2013).
