  • Showing the prioritised list of projects

Portfolio Balancing (4 – 6 Projects)

  • Constraint analysis (funds, internal resources, change and risk)
  • Resources Aggregation diagrams across critical constraints
  • Resources levelling and to satisfy both problem statement and constraints
