Task 6 Risk Assessment

BSBSTR601 – Assessment Task 6 – Risk Assessment

TeamInn owners decided to build a new function and events room. The idea is to offer a more private space for their customers to gather and celebrate important dates or having informal business meetings.

They are also thinking about hiring a full-time event and functions manager to look after all the bookings, ordering of food, beverages, equipment and decorations needed for each and every function.

Please remember that from the Case Study it was found that there is a Mexican restaurant around the corner, who are their direct competitor, and they are famous for their weekly "Mexicano Night" functions.

The investment in building and maintaining this new function room is very high so TeamInn owners contacted Hawkeye Marketing to help them with the Risk Management of this organisational change.

As a Marketing Manager of Hawkeye Marketing you were tasked to analyse the risks involved in this project and to complete the

Risk Management Template.
