The hospital has a huge set up of the 400 bed in terms for-profit hospital along with a rising high volume of the patients which are visiting. It also needs to address the hospital which has been working facing various problems which are assisting in the operational help has affected hospitals productivity along with the working of the issues of manageability towards the patients and providing poor services towards the patient's needs and catering to their needs.
2. Explain the conflict between Don and Marry
The Lincoln Hospital is having alarming issues while dealing with the wide range of issues which are working for the workplace that includes the staffs which are working in several groups but one can notice that there is a conflict in between the two groups named Don and Mary (Goetsch, 2016). There are other types of issues which includes the scheduling issues along with working on the turnover issues and dealing with the communication issues or the service delays.
