Students are required to locate the diversity policy of their workplace and review as if they were the General Manager of the workplace. Students can use the policy of their workplaces or find one on the internet providing references. A copy of the original policy must be provided. This policy is normally reviewed regularly and is given to all new staff members. Student must show what actions are in place to ensure that policy are understood and implemented by relevant parties. Must include: - Acceptable behaviour and all work practice that are expected that will show respect for workplace diversity - Expectations from management and staff - Provide opportunities for suggestions and feedback - How to address and manage complaints - How to identify and address training needs. Provide a list of all Act of Parliament that relates to Anti-Discrimination with a brief explanation.
