EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The musical event aims to introduce the Burnley inhabitants to the pleasures that can be found along the length of the canal, and to raise awareness of the Weaver triangle work that has been played in the history of the city. Our goal is to create positive experiences that will help boost the economy, raise the reputation and create pride for this famous old city of Lancashire.
This year's event will take place on Saturday 29th and 30th September. It will be located in the parking lot and on the premises of The Inn on the Wharf Public House along the route between
idges 130 and 130b. The official opening will take place at noon on 29 September. Every day, the following activities will be available to the public from 11:00 to 16:00 pm
For most of these evaluations, the event manager needs to inspect his own intuition and business orientation. Without a possible response to this concept, this research may collect information about targeted audience's advice and how it can be adjusted to determine the price or how the event concept can be adjusted for better matching market requirements.
INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION ON THE EVENT
Smokefree Pacifica Beats finalists won Saturday night at Ray Freedman's center in Epsom Auckland after they were selected from the regional finals across the country.
Smokefree Pacifica Beats Amsterdam is an annual musical musical event taking place in special places on or adjacent to the Amsterdam Canals. Young musicians from all over the world are gathering to engage young and old in all sorts of unique classical concerts. Within ten days, the Youth Performance Trust (Smokefree Pacifica Beats) provides a stage for young and renowned soloists and sets to select an appropriate and often historic setting for each musical event.
At 15:00, a race canoe between
idges 130a and 130b will be organized on both days to organize and operate outdoor elements. Canoe Competition and Best Racing Apparel from 16.00. The event will be lectured by ILR 2BR, BBC Radio Lancashire, Lancashire Marketing and banners, posters and leaflets around the city. In 2014, it was estimated that a 3-day event was attended by 5,000 visitors. The 2015 musical event takes place in 2 days, so it is estimated that 3500 people will attend.
ü An assessment of the venue
Concerts are always ranked according to their availability and sound quality. Many potential customers will wait for the next time and the best placements if you are shocked by the audio problems that are historically located in your chosen location and the bad sound system. If you are organizing a submarine program in the area, coastal or in any large area, prepare for complaints about dust, rock, mass or other inconvenience that is open in the public place.
ü Assessment of the overall success of the event
Except for the prospective client, the communication goals should include different groups of individuals who influence the successful outcome of the action: media, potential sponsors, local communities, friends and prospective clients, because people do not want to go to self-help groups. Event evaluation is ultimately a great final task of planning, where the successes of the action were calculated by the goals and goals set in the beginning. Event manager can then check their own performance and
ing the program to stakeholders (Gatez and Page, 2005).
ü Growth from previous years
The show grew each year to over 150...
