Students are expected to submit a 5-7 page (11 font size)post event report that evaluates the event delivery, audience adaptation, safety elements, ability to entertain or inform. The report shouldprovide suggestions on how the event could create opportunities to attract sponsorship, publicity, etc. The purpose of the report is to:
ü Review the overall success of the event in achieving its key objectives;
ü Determine key recommendations for future events;
ü Review the economic, social, cultural and international exposure benefits of the event

ü Media analysis of the coverage and value of all international and domestic media exposure of the event, including television, magazines, newspapers, in-flight video, and web-based magazines;
ü Outcomes of the media exposure (magazine articles, social media posts, Radio and TV-reports & interviews, etc.)
10.MARKETING AND PROMOTION
ü Promotional activities (how the event has been promoted and what approaches have been used: sales promotion, advertising, personal selling, etc.)and outcomes (for example, branding exposure in local and/or international media, the event generated public interest, etc.)
ü Advertising (what communications channels have been used: outdoor, TV and Radio ads, the Internet banners, etc), (provide details of local media).
11.CONCLUSION& RECOMMENDATIONS
ü Is the event likely to be held in future in?
ü Overall assessment of the success of the event
ü Any other information that may be relevant
ü What was the level of interest from audiences?
ü Key Recommendations (at least 3)
Other Requirements:
ü All submissions MUST have a front cover sheet which includes the course code and title, assignment title, student name and ID number;
ü Provide a complete table of contents;
ü Use different fonts for main headings, sub headings, level 3 headings (do not pass level 3 e.g.
2.1.3);
ü Show page numbers;
ü Aim for consistency in your formatting; use double line-spacing;keep the space between paragraphs consistent;
ü Submit the report through Turnitin and by hardcopy.
ü Hardcopy: Print the assignment on A4 paper, one-sided; Do not put the assignment in a folder unless instructed to; simply staple pages together. Use aclearly legible font and font size (12 point, Arial).
Give the assignment a left margin of around 3 cmfor insertion of comments by Marker.
