The basic differences of this corporate strategy are to identify the procedure of completing the tasks while the corporate strategy is determined in the business. In the words of Baumgartner (2014), the business strategies addresses the objectives of the chosen company BHP and it is formerly known as the BHP Billiton, which is said to be the trading entity of BHP Billiton limited as well as BHP Billiton plc.
