Project Scope
GulesFit Outdoor Training studio is an outdoor training studio which will be located in bondi and will provide different services such as Bootcamp, Personal training, CrossFit, HIIT training, and Nutrition consultation. The main objective and mission of the company will be to provide a five star customer service and quality. The project objective will strongly emphasize on the quality and services provided.
Required resources
As the business is a outdoor training studio, the company would mainly require different professional trainers and nutritional consultants who will be running and catering different services to the clients. As each person would have different personal requirements, the services would be customized so as to cater to their needs. Several equipment will be required by the company to provide the services which might include bodyweight equipment. Certain place carpets will be required to pride the training.
Potential over-run and resource complications:
As the training centre focus on the outdoor training and activities, the company would have a strong preference on outdoor activities. For this the major need of the resource would be the resource for the space for open activities. As the training centre will be open in Bondi, there is lot of space and open areas as it is located in the subu

All the clients will have varied requirements, example: weight loss, body building, physical fitness and nutritional fitness. The company will have to have a strong administration department including the nutritional expert who are ready to understand the requirements of the customers. They should design the best fitness plan and the diet plan which is effective and helps in attaining the target of the customer.
Technological skills:
It is important for the company to keep a track of the progress of the clients, for this the personnel needs have the data of all the clients. It should include their health history, diseases and other ailments which will help in designing their packages. All the data will be saved on the computer for the all the clients along with the details and their weekly progress.
