The mission statement of Saudi Electricity Company is to power the kingdom that energises the world. It believes that Saudi Arabia is a beacon of stability and prosperity in the region. The country supplies oil across the globe and soon will be able to meet the power requirement in a similar fashion. Strategy
The strategy of Saudi Electricity Company is focused on implementation of the policies of the government for development of power sector in Middle East. Performance management system of Saudi Electricity Company
Performance management system is a system that has been implemented, entailing planning, developing, orienting, enhancing, developing and appraising the performance of an employee and ensure fulfilment of the objectives of the organisation. As stated by Armstrong and Taylor (2014), the primary goal of an organisation is to establish an organisational culture where the manager and the individuals take collective responsibility for the development of the business and others.
