The decision of Supreme court in both cases Riley v. California and United States v. Wurie seem
highly justified. There is involvement of intrusion of privacy in checking the data of mobile
phones. The court does not bar the search but only requires the wa
ant before making the search.
The intent of the honorable court in this decision is very clear. The police administration should
not do the mischief by intruding the privacy of any individual who is suspected to have
committed a crime. The suspected people should not be searched for other crimes...
