1. One major ethical workplace violation that I have experienced in my workplace is discrimination. Discrimination within the workplace is a very serious ethical violation (Jones et al, 2017). No company in any industry would want its employees to be discriminating against each other on the basis of their age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, language etcetera. 
2. I think discrimination in any way or in any setting, let it be the workplace or anywhere else is a serious offence and the administration needs to do everything in their ability to let it not happen again.
