It is noted that this individual report does not need to
contain a primary research component (e.g.
interview, online survey, focus group, etc.), so the
ethical issues are not applicable in this task.
The purpose of this assignment is to produce a
substantive piece of industry-based analysis and to
integrate work experience flexibly into this Report.
• One option is for students to develop an
independent project in negotiations with their
employer and prepare a workplace-relevant
Report.
• Alternatively, students may choose a
esearch topic of strong personal and
professional interest that can utilise the
experience of working in an organisation.
The project should address a specific and real
management challenge or business issue, ideally
elevant to the partner organisation or at least of
strong personal and professional interest to the
student. In so doing, students can develop and
demonstrate their capacity for high value thinking
and effective decision making.

Students must have their Report topic approved by
the Academic Supervisor no later than Week 8 of
the internship semester. This topic will be disclosed
to other students at the last On-line Discussion
Forum in Week 12.
Reports will be submitted via Turnitin and marked by
their academic supervisor during the examination
period at the end of semester.

Introduction
Employees are the main resources for any organization. The company cannot come to operation on their absence. Moreover, the hospitality industries are closely related with the services which are attached with guest emotions and feelings. So, employees play a vital role within this industry. But during operation various problem and issues arises on any organizations. Staff turnover is one of them. This is the major problem facing by all the organization in this cu

Literature Review
Employees being the major assets of any company, their performance and existence for longer period of time are directly related to the performance of those company. But cu
ently employee turnover has become center of issue for the companies. Various factors tends to push employee turnover.
After reviewing through several Journal, I got a various statement from different Author. Herzberg’s motivation-hygiene theory (1966) accounts for the relationship among employee job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction in the environment where the employees perform the work.
Hospitality Organization need to constantly ensure the satisfaction of their employees (Be
y, 1997). Organization tends to be more effective when they satisfy their employees (Ro
ins & Judge 2007). Satisfied employees are deemed to be an effective labor force and become an important asset for the organization’s effectiveness (Masri, 2009).
The employee’s dissatisfaction will affect their commitment to work and lead them to turnover form the organization physically and/or mentally (Pathak, 2012). According to (Rude, 2004) organization support is highly linked to commanding behavior, hence, defined support from a manager is significant factor in labor turnover (Maslach et al., 2001; Rude, 2004).
Satisfaction is also about happiness. According to (Wright & Cropanzano, 2004) Happiness provides several positive benefits for not only individuals themselves, but also for those who meet them. Many researchers believe that happiness should improve job performance in any organizations.
Hospitality industry leader can better implement policies and strategies that will enhances organizational competitiveness and profitability if they understand factors that significantly affect turnover rates among employees (Hancock, Allen, Bosco, McDaniel, Pierce, 2013).
Bryant and Allan (2013) indicated that organizational leaders spend 30% to 50% of the year salary for entry level employees, up to 150% of the salaries annually for mid-level employees and as high as 400% of the annual salary to replace those in upper management positions. High employee turnover rates often leads to business failure, an unmotivated workforce, and lack of attractiveness to the skilled workers in hospitality industries (Surji, 2013).Therefore, it can be said that employees turnover can
ing a huge lose to a company.
Questions:
· What are the main cause for employee Turnover?
· How can Hu
icane Grill and bar reduce a number of staff turnover?
· How the employees are willing to leave their job?
· How the company gets affected through this kind of general issues?
Objectives:
The main objectives of the research is to identify the main cause of employee turnover in Hu
icane Grill and bar based on Brighton le sands. Also how can they overcome through those frequent employee turnover.
Research Methodology
Research Methodology appears to be one of the most organized discussions and is therefore considered to be important. It is important for the collection of both primary as well as secondary resources. It therefore plays a major role in the research process for the selection of co
ective tools as well as techniques for collection of proper data. The use of research is held crucial for resolving any kind of issues as well as problems resulting out of the research study.
Research Outline
In this research, positivism is selected for studying the research topic effectively. Furthermore, the selection of this philosophy is based on the fact the way it is addressed concerning the factual knowledge that is eventually acquired from the observation.
Justification
Moreover, this philosophy pertains to act upon the limited data it has collected and the research that is ca
ied out is based on the findings that happen to be factual. These findings generally appear quantifiable. This philosophy is functional in depending upon the empiricist view and therefore, focuses on the human experience as well as the knowledge
Deductive
For analyzing my research method in an effective manner I have selected the deductive approach that is functional in helping to ca
y out the analysis concerning the research proper manna with the usage of relative data as well as documentation that is related to the topic.
Justifications
For conducting this research, a deductive approach has been selected in accordance to the given topic. This is so because of the fact that the approach is associated with the hypothetical situation and how it consequently develops (Trydeman Knudsen et al. 2016). Therefore, analyzing the real life situation from a very close perspective. The approach is furthermore selected because of a specific pattern that is useful for studying the facts as well as the data concerning the research project.
Descriptive Design
This design has been selected for analysing a certain case study, that is to be held under observation. It appears to be a design that is theory-based and therefore depends upon the collection of data from different sources like review, newspaper, documentary, public comment, etc.
Justification
The descriptive design has been selected because of the fact that it highlights the dependent as well as independent variables. Since in this research there is a presence of an independent variable therefore the descriptive approach appears to be the only viable approach (Ivanova et al. 2017). Another benefit of using the descriptive approach...
