Communication is a necessary factor for all organizations. The Organizations spend millions of dollar to teach their workers to master effective communication skills. The Communication standards are also designed to operate organizations effectively. Interpersonal communication is of equal importance, and managers and regular employees use it every day.

The Interpersonal communications include informal or formal communication between supervisors as well as employees or the managers. At the system stage, the data is disseminated within the company through technology (Anderson, 2013). The main function of an executive is to organize, plan moreover control.

Interactional communication among the two or more than two people - with a co-worker, clients, suppliers moreover others becomes interactive. As the manager, staff-manager relationships need to be healthy. The Managers must be communicating actively with their subordinate and other. When a director interacts with his live report, the group addressing group is different from the group (Busse, 2014). For example, if a staff looks at a manager with some proposals to improve productivity, the manager should hear the employee's ideas. A constructive reaction from the manager is very favorable in these situations as the revised idea can save the millions of dollars to business. A worker will be encouraged and encouraged and it is expected that employees will have the potential ideas for other savings or savings projects (Dumitru Tabacaru, 2016).
At my workplace, I had requested my management team to put in the training program to develop my communication skills. During course modules, I had also learned about interpersonal communication techniques by observing others.
One of the interpersonal communicational methods that I had successfully applied was a simplify six-step model of communication process. By consider the audience as well as following company ethics one could use a simplified six-step model to improve communication skills (Grebelsky-Lichtman, 2016). The six steps are,
(a) The sender has a plan,
(b) Sender encode the plan,
(c) The sender transmits a message,
(d) Receiver get a message,
(e) Receiver decode message,
(f) The receiver sends feedback.
In 2013, I was leading a team of the seven employees, which was focused to reduce the number of defects by using 6-sigma tools. After the first formal meeting, I was sending the emails to a team and gathering each team member personally when needed. The role that I play during the interpersonal communication was that of receiver and sender. When my member wanted to clarify a task, I switched my role (Gurieva & Udavikhina, 2015). I was actively listening to the sender and provided feedback to acknowledge that the message had been received and a clarification was provided to close the communication.

The successful growth as well as management of the inter-organizational network stem from cross-cultural communication effort to effectively develop a relationship (Griffith & Harvey, 2001, p87, para. 1). In the business world, the intercultural communication skills are essential. Internationally, recruiters are looking for people who have master cross-cultural communication skills and have the ability to learn these skills in order to grow their business (Knight, 2017). Therefore, international managers need to understand the cultural differences according to Geert Hofstede decision, which means power gap, personalization or collectivity, masculinity-femininity, avoiding uncertainty and short-term or long-term orientation.
