sections are below.
BIOGRAPHY (up to 300-words):
Biography is provided

Your biography should describe a moment or series of thematically related moments in your life where you became aware that you or someone else were different from others based on an aspect of identity (e.g., sex, gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, Aboriginality, class, dis/ability, faith, age, etc.). Please note that you are required to submit your biography with your reflection, but your biography will not be assessed.
Biography:
REFLECTION (500 words):
Your biography will form the basis for a critical reflection. Your critical reflection should clearly identify the aspect of identity you have chosen to focus on and discuss how discrimination, marginalisation, privilege, opportunity, equality, equity, or freedom (choose one) feature in your biography. Your discussion should draw connections to the ways in which familial, social, cultural, political, religious, or historical practices (choose one or two) have shaped the experience of difference and diversity you described in your biography.
In your reflection, you are required to cite one academic reference.

My Biography is more the 500 words
You need to summarise it into 300 words
First interaction with a person with different gender identity. (Is Title)
It was a nice sunny day of November 2005, me and my other class fellows who were my close friends too, were playing in the college
eak when I first met this boy similar to my age but different to our habits and activities. He came to us and wanted to be a friend of us. I welcome him in our group but after a week he left us due to my group discriminatory behaviour with him and tried to formed a friend ship with girls. But he was still close to me, most of the time I tried to support him where he needed but again it was hard for me to go against all of the students/mates around me.
Most of the time, we learn things from our home, parents, families, societies and cultures where we grow up. Gender biases and stereotyping are common in most of the societies.
I made a perception about him as person that he is (Khusra) transgender. Or he is not a male as of me and my friends. My friends always made joke of him which were not jokes actually but the humiliation of a person who was not of them. As the time passed, we joined the university and after finishing bachelors I started my masters and he left the university and disappeared. We had not met until June 2012. He/she was totally changed. He dressed like a woman. We sat together I apologised her about the past and she/he forgive me. I told him/her that I am leaving for Australia soon, he was happy and asked me to help him out too from this suffocating society. I said I will try my best to help you out.
Long story short, I didn’t even go back to my country since 2012, because of many reasons. He had contacted me several times till 2018 for help. Being a jobless, struggling with my own life I couldn’t keep my promises.
He was left alone. His family disowned him because of his behavioural issues which most of the people don’t think sits fit in the society where I belong. For his livelihood he started dancing in the parties and started drugs. One evening of the August 2019, he got killed by unknown person in his home.
He left a lot of questions to me and my society which need answers. For how long this discrimination will be keep going? For how long the people will get killed for the reason which is not in their control?
Why woman and transgenders are vulnerable? They have equal rights in the law but when these laws will get approved/adopted by an elite to common man in the society?
I think this discrimination is not even animal kingdom. I am confused if we are worst then animals. My words cannot express my grieve. I wish I could provide a safe place to transgenders people in my society. I wish I could save a harmless soul who probably waited for my help to get him out from so called humans. It is my goal from now to work for the people with different gender identities and protect their rights.
Convert it into exemplar reflection and write 500 words make sure it matches with biography

Discrimination must be removed from the society to create a healthy environment where we all can survive equally in peace and harmony.
Reflection
Cultural difference occurs in every country where a diverse population survives. The people follow their own beliefs and ideologies, which reflects on the society. The society consists of several population, among which the transgender are the ones who are the most vulnerable. According to Elischberger et al. (2018), the attitude and beliefs about the transgenders in the society creates a prejudice amongst them. Discrimination against the transgenders has taken a major position in the society,...
