In the given article, the author discusses about the problem of Microagressions in the society. 
It has great negative effect over the psychology and attitudinal behaviour of the marginalized 
groups in the society which includes women, disable, LGBTs, and other minority groups. 
These microagressions result into development of a feeling of segregation, abnormality and 
undesirability. Upper class deteriorates the dignity of the marginalized group by imposing 
their higher standards in order to direct them towards their western culture and traditions. 
According to the author, there are three forms of racial microagressions, that is, Micro insult, 
Microassualt, and Microinvalidation.
